French Bistro is exactly what its name implies – a restaurant with French flavor and ambience, located on colorful and central Nahalat Binyamin St. in Tel Aviv. The restaurant is run by members of a family that moved from Paris to Israel, after 12 years of managing three restaurants in Paris.
The family patriarch has 40 years of experience as a butcher – and the entire family, kids included, works at French Bistro, with a true love for the food and the customers.
French Bistro offers its guests an authentic and wonderful kosher menu, which includes salads and special French delicacies, such as bone marrow and genuine Nicoise salad. You can also find on the menu appetizers such as fish or meat carpaccio, deviled eggs, and the house smoked salmon platter; a tartine section including, for example: tuna and capers tartine, or foie gras and the house jam; unique and tempting entrees, such as: steak tartare, sausages and fried eggs, tuna steak, sirloin or entrecote, and bone marrow hamburger. All of this culinary delight is accompanied by quality wines imported from France or made in Israel, and to end the feast – parve desserts, such as creme brulee. Everything is fresh and made on the premises, including all sauces and jams.
